Baton Rouge, LA – October 5, 2021 – CMA Technology Solutions has been named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. CMA proudly ranks #4 in the medium sized business category consisting of other local organizations with 50-249 U.S. employees.

The awards program is a project of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, the Greater Baton Rouge SHRM, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group. Founded in 2014, the program honors the best places of employment in Baton Rouge, benefiting its economy, workforce, and businesses.

To be considered for participation, CMA fulfilled the following eligibility requirements:
1. Have at least 15 employees working in Baton Rouge
2. Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
3. Be a publicly or privately held business or government entity/municipality
4. Have a facility in Baton Rouge
5. Must be in business a minimum of 1 year

Companies from across the region entered into a two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. Part one consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, and was worth 25% of the total evaluation. Part two consisted of an employee survey, worth 75% of the total evaluation, that measured employee experience. The combined scores determined the final rankings for the 2021 list. The registration and survey process was managed by Best Companies Group. They also analyzed the overall data.

The rankings of the winning companies were released this morning, Tuesday, October 5, at the Louisiana Business Symposium.
