Launched in January 2019, The Customer Focus™ program builds on CMA’s existing customer experience quality and enhances CMA’s service culture for both internal and external customers.
The new learning partnership will allow all members of the CMA team to access industry-leading customer service development content from one of the world’s leading customer experience experts, Shep Hyken, CAO (Chief Amazement Officer) of Shepard Presentations.
