SUMMARY:
Provide post-sales engineering leadership in design and implementation of Storage Systems. Work with clients to provide best-practices recommendations pertaining to virtualization and backup environment. Must be willing to learn new technologies and be flexible to meet various roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with administering storage systems in a Storage Area Network (SAN) and direct attached environment.
- Experience with Fiber Channel configuration.
- Network familiarity with NFS and iSCSI installations.
- Familiarity with Network Attached Storage (NAS) protocols (primarily NetApp)
- Strong hands-on experience in shared storage environments – design and implementation
- Familiarity with virtual server administration (VMware)
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS environments
- Familiarity with tape and disk backup and recovery concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and train other
Experience Level:
- S. Degree, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education or training desired
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Storage specialist
Certifications:
- Advanced vendor certifications VCP, NCDA, NCIE or equivalent
